Royal Buying Group, Inc. (RBG) was established in 1995 with the purpose of providing support to retailers in the c-store industry. In July 2005, Royal Buying Group, Inc. expanded it’s program services and formed the Royal Performance Group (RPG) to provide prepaid card programs services to top tier retailers. In September of 2006, RPG moved into a state of the art facility located in Lisle, Illinois as it expanded its program services, to provide exclusive global gift card program services for Shell International Petroleum Company.
In June 2013, RPG expanded into Canada by offering prepaid card program services to clients throughout North America.
